The full realization of the societal, economic, political and social rights of all genders is essential for the well-being of all. Although legal equality between women and men has been achieved in Germany, there is still a need for active efforts to achieve actual equality.


The use of gender-neutral terms is an inclusive signal that raises awareness of the impact of our language and gives visibility to all people. In our projects, we consider the perspectives of all genders and strive to use gender-neutral language where possible.
